• SUPERPOLIMER SIZE, which yields like PVA, is not PVA. It is an organic polymer.There is also granule version.
• It is a self-washing sizing material.
• Usage amount is between 15-35% with starchy products and 10-30% with PVA products.(** The use of only PVA with starch creates the problem of abrasion and dusting in fabrics during anti-sizing process.)
• It forms low to moderate viscosity flottes.
• It gives a translucent and elastane sizing film.
• It gives the yarn high slipperiness.
• The film layer it makes is elastic. Since it is not fragile, it does not form debris, dust, and dirt during weaving.
• Anti sizing is easy. It just can be removed by hot washing.
• As the enzyme is not used in the desizing process, it reduces environmental pollution.
